This year, with Teens Turning Green: Schools we hope to get as many schools as possible to pledge to a project as a part of Project Green Pledge. This project can be as simple as changing the soap in the school, or as ambitious as greening the entire food service. I walked into a kid's toy store yesterday to find a game that I wanted. I walked through the doors and was immediately overwhelmed with the smell of plastic. MA Green Festival

At MA's Green Festival this year, we would like to have a booth
where people can bring in their old, toxic makeup, make art out of it, and
then have it replaced with green, non-toxic makeup. Our goal is to replace students harmful products with new things,
have them find out that it works just as well, if not better than their
old stuff, and then the next time they go to the store to buy new makeup,
they will look for the non-toxic Â brands. Know of anyone that can help?

After my first meeting for the Teens for safe cosmetics club, I was inspired to alert my friends of the dangers found within our supposedly "safe" and "organic" cosmetics.
