The Campaign:
MARIN COUNTY WANTS TO LEAD THE NATION IN ELIMINATING ENVIRONMENTALLY HARMFUL SINGLE-USE BAGS.
WE ARE SUPPORTING AN ORDINANCE THAT WILL BAN MERCHANTS FROM
PROVIDING NON-REUSABLE PAPER AND PLASTIC BAGS AT ALL RETAIL LOCATIONS
IN MARIN. WITH SUPPORT FROM COMMUNITY RESIDENTS, GROUPS AND BUSINESSES,
WE CAN ENSURE ITS PASSAGE ON EARTH DAY 2010.
A joint project of the County of Marin, EcoMom Alliance, Green Sangha, iReuse.com and Teens Turning Green.
