Gather to Ban Toxic Chemicals in Nail Polish and get a free manicure
We're working on banning the most dangerous chemicals found in nail polish -- one of the more potentially dangerous products you will find around the house, and a serious health risk to salon workers. Join us next Tuesday and get a free non-toxic manicure, staff a TTG information table, and then help us get the word out by walking from the salon to City Hall. The International College of Cosmetology, 1224 Polk Street, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm

Teens Turning Green Back to School Meeting . Join us to learn about our initatives for the coming school year and get involved. We are working on starting Food Clubs at schools to work on the Project Lunch campaign,  advocating for an Eco Janitorial Closet at every school, and so much more. Where: Bay Club Marin 3-5pm

5th World Youth Congress in Turkiye , Istanbul, Turkey
Turkiye will welcome 1000 young people from around the world to meet during Istanbul's year as the European Capital of Culture. You will have the chance  to learn a lot about Turkish culture, about Turkish people, and the history of one of the oldest civilizations of the world - which is now the 2nd fastest growing modern economy in the world after China. TTG Co-President, Emily Packer will be delegate to the conference this summer!
