Support Teens Turning Green as we continue to inform, inspire and mobilize the next generation of eco leaders! Your donation to general support will help fund:
• Project Green Challenge, our 30-day challenge during the month of October that helps high school and college students around the world transition from conventional to conscious living.
• The PGC Finals, an extraordinary three-day eco summit in late November during which the PGC Finalists come together with esteemed eco leaders to compete for the PGC Championship and develop initiatives to implement on their campuses.
• The Conscious College Road Tour, a spring tour of colleges and universities nationwide that gives students a hands-on opportunity to learn about conscious living.
You may also choose to donate to the following TTG programs:
The Conscious Kitchen:
The Conscious Kitchen, an unprecedented school food program that feeds students fresh, local, organic, seasonal, non-GMO, scratch-cooked meals. This comprehensive ecoliteracy initiative addresses impeded food access while cultivating students’ connection to the land through an interdisciplinary gardening, nutrition, and cooking curriculum. Since launching in August, 2013 at Bayside MLK Academy in Marin City, California, the CK has disrupted the cycle of pre-packaged, processed, heat-and-serve school food and has established a framework for systemic change. TTG is thrilled to be implementing The Conscious Kitchen at two additional sites in 2015, and your support will be vital in helping us expand! (Here’s a glimpse into how this program has impacted Bayside MLK students.)
The Summer Fellowship Program:
Each year, TTG awards two fellowships to outstanding student leaders who have demonstrated extraordinary passion for conscious living, and a commitment to creating change in their own lives, school campuses and communities. Please help us support and mentor these young visionaries.
